Common scaffold systems on a build
Standard scaffold is quick to set up and covers most flat-facade work. System scaffold (modular) adapts to complex layouts and heavier loads. Tube-and-clamp wraps irregular structures where nothing standard fits. Many builds use more than one.
Coordinating scaffold with the schedule
On an active site, scaffold serves several trades and changes as the structure rises. Plan setup so access is ready when the trades arrive, reposition as phases finish, and dismantle at closeout so the site stays productive throughout.
